Alloy

Business AI assistant

Alloy connects to the systems you already run and learns how your business works. The more it learns, the less you do. The promise of AI, actually kept.

Connect your systems. Watch the work disappear.

Delivered as a service. We connect your systems, and Alloy takes it from there.

What Alloy does

Day one

Plugs into what you run

ERP, databases, accounting, files and mail. Alloy works inside the systems you already have, under access rules you control. Nothing new to install or maintain.

Every week after

Takes over the routine

The weekly report, the payment reminders, the reconciliation. Alloy learns how they get done and takes them over. The longer it runs, the more it handles.

Any moment

Answers when you ask

For everything else, just ask. Chat or voice, in plain language, and the answers come from your own data.

Works with what you already run

Alloy meets your systems where they are. Your administrator connects them once and decides exactly what each connection can reach. Access follows each user's role, and every read is logged. If something you run is not on the list, it can almost certainly still be connected.

How Alloy uses your data

Alloy only requests access to the sources your organisation explicitly connects. When you link a source, Alloy asks for the minimum permissions needed to read the data you choose to make available to your assistant, and nothing more.

Your connected data is used solely to provide the assistant features you request. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train foundation models. Access is role-gated and every read is audited. You can disconnect a source at any time to revoke Alloy's access.

Sources each member signs in to

Google Drive · Microsoft 365 · Google Ads · Custom connection

A member connects their own account and Alloy requests only the permissions that connection needs. What the assistant can reach is bounded by that account’s own permissions, the data is used only for the features that member asks for, and signing out or disconnecting revokes Alloy’s access.

Sources an administrator configures

Microsoft SQL Server · PostgreSQL · MySQL · Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) · Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central · Uniconta · e-conomic · Dinero · Harvest · Zenegy · Resend Email · RedactIX · Microsoft Azure · Azure DevOps · Azure AI Search · Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) · Captions

An administrator supplies the credentials once, for the whole organisation. Access is limited to the resources and columns they scope on the connection, gated by each user’s role, and every read is validated, parameterised and audited.

Capabilities built into Alloy

No third-party system and no credentials. These operate on data already in your Alloy workspace, or on a public URL you give them.
